AKV / CZ Scorpion Mag loader.

Quick and effective magazine loader for use in the PSA AKV or CZ Scorpion magazines. When trying to load a 35rd mag to capacity it is easier to load 20rds then 15rds. When trying to load factory CZ mags, load the first round by hand then use the loader.
